We believe in connecting people to the game they love.

It’s our purpose at The Game. It’s what drives us everyday to create and deliver as positive an experience as possible for the customer – both the customer that buys from us and the customer who uses our wallets.

So, a strong purpose and belief goes way beyond just the desire to create a business. It’s a reason for that business, but crucially it also has to be something our customers care about. It takes us beyond trying to just sell products – it’s all about how we make our customers feel.

The Game is a small family business that started in 2015. We arrived in Melbourne, Australia from the UK with our young family in 2006, originally with a view to staying a few years – that turned into a love of Australia and a desire to stay. We have a deep passion for cricket and a core value of doing the right thing for customers, business partners and community. It’s why we donate a proportion of sales to the McGrath Foundation. Our values and purpose are instilled across our family (who all now help with the business) and our partners and suppliers. The value chain has to have the same belief running through it – as they say, a "chain is only as strong as its weakest link".

This then is the background and purpose that helps us in delivering the best service we can with an empathetic philosophy (for example on occasions things can go wrong in delivery – we try to put that right in the best way possible for the customer). We love what we do – we believe our customers do too.
