If you've bought one of our wallets and after receiving it you decide it's not what you were looking for (sometimes it just happens that way), we offer a 30-day refund or exchange policy — and if you're based in the EU or UK, you have a statutory right to return within 14 days of receiving your order (or the last item in your order if it arrived in multiple shipments).

How to exercise your right of withdrawal (EU customers)

EU customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of delivery — no reason needed. This window is extended if it ends on a weekend or public holiday. To exercise this right, simply contact us at support@thegame.cool or request a return via your customer account page before the 14-day period expires. We'll process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item (or proof of postage, whichever comes first), back to your original payment method.

Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or not as described.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange for something else, we'll be happy to help you find something better suited to you.

Cancellations

If you'd like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can cancel orders before they're fulfilled — once dispatched, our standard returns process applies.

Condition of returns

All items must be returned in pristine condition and in the original THE GAME packaging.
