We source the leather from Tuscany in Italy and have the wallets stitched and crafted by a small business based in Seoul, South Korea. We value great partnerships with our suppliers who share our values of sustainability, ethics, quality and passion.

Shipping

We usually dispatch orders within 1-2 working days. Please be aware that monogramming can take an extra day.

If you need your order urgently, just let us know here and we'll discuss the fastest options for you and do our best to get it to you on
time!

Delivery times do vary and are estimates. It’s a good idea to allow a little extra time for possible delays that can occur throughout the delivery system due to international events, especially in the lead up to and during the Christmas period.

AUSTRALIA & UNITED KINGDOM

Delivery times will be calculated at checkout, however, it's usually between 2-9 working days. NB. For monogrammed orders to the UK, please allow 9-20 working days as we monogram in Australia.

REST OF WORLD

We’ll aim to get it to you within 7-28 working days depending on your delivery address.

AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND

We offer express delivery options for Australia and New Zealand. This fee will be calculated at checkout. Please allow 1–5 working days.

Extra duties and taxes may be chargeable depending on your country of purchase. These will be calculated at checkout.

Monogramming

We aim to process all monogramming orders within 48hrs. However, sometimes during busy periods, eg the run up to Christmas, it's a good idea to allow an extra day for despatch.

Blind monogramming is when the characters are imprinted or debossed into leather without any colour.

Phone Case Models

For iPhones: Go to Settings and then General. Click on About and you can see your model name.

For Samsung: Go to Settings and then About phone. There, you'll find the model name and number.

Returns

The Game products are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for up to 5 years from the original date of purchase. (Misuse not included, eg, a spin through the washing machine, overpacking or even backyard cricket)

If you wish to make a claim, please email us at support@thegame.cool with details of your purchase, the fault and if possible, photos of the fault which will help us with your claim.

Yes you can as long as it has not been used and is in brand new condition. Do be aware, however, that we cannot offer refunds or replacement for purchases after 30 days from date of delivery. We regret we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for monogrammed orders. Email us at support@thegame.cool to discuss your product exchange/refund and return.
