Mobile Terms of Service

Section 1 - Introduction

Thank you for joining THE GAME’s mobile message service (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to the terms below (“Mobile Terms”). We may occasionally update the Service or these terms; any updates will take effect when posted here. Continuing to use the Service means you accept those changes.

Section 2 - What to Expect

By consenting to receive SMS/text messages from THE GAME, you agree to receive occasional messages to the mobile number you provided. Messages may include order updates, product launches, special offers, and cart reminders. These messages may be sent using automated technology.

Section 3 - Your Choice

Signing up for text messages is completely optional and not a condition of purchase. You can shop with us whether or not you subscribe.

Section 4 - Costs and Frequency

We do not charge for the Service, but message and data rates may apply through your wireless carrier. Message frequency will vary depending on your interactions with us.

Section 5 - How to Unsubscribe

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a confirmation message and no further marketing messages will be sent to your mobile device from that program. If you are subscribed to multiple THE GAME text programs, you may need to unsubscribe separately from each one.

Section 6 - Help and Support

For help, text HELP to the number you receive messages from, or email us at support@thegame.cool. Standard carrier rates may apply for HELP requests.

Section 7 - Other Important Details

  • We may change the short code or phone number we use to operate the Service and will notify you of changes where possible.
  • We are not responsible for messages that are delayed or undelivered due to carrier issues or other factors outside our control.
  • Please keep your mobile number current — if you change numbers, you’ll need to sign up again to continue receiving messages.
  • To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected messages, or for errors in any information sent through the Service.

Section 8 - Privacy

We respect your privacy. To see how we collect and use your information, please read our Privacy Policy.
