The Game wallets are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for up to 5 years from the original date of purchase.
If you need to make a return, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and details about the product. We will respond quickly and provide you with information on how to return it to us, for either a refund or a replacement wallet.
This guarantee does not apply to damage caused by normal wear and tear, or unreasonable use or neglect. (So you can’t use the wallet as a cricket ball!)
Please keep your receipt, so we know when and where you bought it.
We appreciate how annoying it can be when you get to the checkout and have to pay for postage. So as a “thank you” for purchasing The Game cricket wallet, it’s our shout for standard deliveries in Australia, the UK and overseas.
Your order will be processed within 1-2 business days. You have the choice to be able to track it if the suspense of waiting is too much.
For those cricket lovers outside Australia or the UK, we’ll aim to get it to you within 7-12 working days via Airmail. If you want to track it’s progress, then it’s only a little extra to get it Pack & Track International. (Please note all prices are quoted in Australian dollars)
