If you need to make a return, please contact us at email@example.com with your order number and details about the product. We will respond quickly and provide you with information on how to return it to us.
This guarantee does not apply to damage caused by normal wear and tear, or unreasonable use or neglect. (So you can’t use the wallet as a cricket ball!)
Please keep your receipt, so we know when and where you bought it.
We usually dispatch orders within 1-2 working days. For monogramming please allow an extra day. Please note, however, that delivery times can vary based on selected service and destination and are estimates. Covid is still impacting some delivery schedules and we suggest that if the delivery is urgent, you allow extra time for your order.
