    Lovely product, prefer the box packaging

    This is a lovely and well crafted product. I purchased it with the understanding it would be in a presentation box as shown in images and a video on the website, however it arrived in a fabric pouch. I contacted The Game and was very appreciative that a presentation box was sent to me - it definitely enhanced the gift I was giving. Your help and responsiveness was much appreciated.
